The Photograph, taken in Bogura, Bangladesh, shows Workers sorting through millions of chili peppers, which create a sea of red covering acres of land. They shelter under umbrellas from the scorching heat as they painstakingly dry a red carpet of chili peppers. Chili peppers are a major part of Bengali cuisine, popular in Bangladesh, and are used as part of a combination of spices for various meat dishes, including chicken and beef.
